I am responsible for the overall management of the Resources and Information Service. Some of my key responsibilities include: planning and resourcing; management of the resources staff; service developments; quality assurance; and ensuring the service develops and maintains a high profile with its key clients.

I am responsible for the day to day running of our library and perform many duties; including providing library members with advice on the range of resources we provide; ensuring the library maintains a professional and user-friendly approach; the hire and return of resources; and the processing of new memberships.

I have a dual role; acting as receptionist and I also support the Resources Service. I am responsible for the day to day running of our busy leaflet service, performing many duties including: providing advice to service users on the range of leaflets we provide; processing leaflet orders and maintaining leaflet stocks.
